A federal judge today denied a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Section 5 of Proposition (Prop.) 314, which would have prevented Arizona’s unconstitutional immigration law from being enforceable for 14 days.

The ACLU, ACLU of Arizona, and the Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project are seeking an emergency injunction to stop the previously deferred Section 5 of Proposition 314 from taking effect.
