As the county’s top prosecutor, the candidate elected in November will oversee the third-largest public prosecutorial agency in the country

Today, the American Civil Liberties Union announced plans to invest $850,000 to educate voters about key civil liberties issues at stake in the Maricopa County Attorney’s Race. 

These races were the first federal elections in which the ACLU educated voters about candidates’ civil liberties positions

The American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona launched its first-ever statewide effort to educate voters about the urgent civil liberties and civil rights issues at stake in elections. The U.S. Senate race is the focus of the voter education push.
