The United States Supreme Court will announce its decision in Arizona v. United States, the federal government’s legal challenge against SB 1070, by the end of June. The decision will not immediately go into effect in Arizona but its impact will certainly be felt by Arizonans as well as people in states across the country that have passed copycat laws.
