Lawmakers want Arizona voters to decide the fate of two cruel and discriminatory ballot referrals that would dictate what name and pronouns trans students must go by, which bathroom they can use, and would ban them from all organized sports. All students deserve compassion, inclusion, and safe learning environments. SCR 1006 and HCR 2003 would do nothing but perpetuate harm.

The right to free speech, which includes differences in political thought and affiliation, is protected by the U.S. Constitution. But HB 2175 threatens to chill the free expression of Arizonans by empowering prosecutors to apply the law selectively against political viewpoints they disagree with.

Voting must remain accessible, not bogged down by bureaucratic red tape. Contact your legislators and urge them to vote NO on HCR 2001 and SCR 1001.

City council members urgently need to hear from you before they vote on an ordinance that would take critical overdose prevention and public health resources away from people in need. Send a message urging them to vote ‘no’.

The surveillance company Flock Safety is blanketing American cities with dangerously powerful and unregulated automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) cameras – including Flagstaff. While license plate readers have been around for some time, Flock is the first to create a nationwide mass-surveillance system out of its customers’ cameras. Local police departments are routinely sharing Flock ALPR data with federal officials, giving the federal government the power to track the movements of virtually any person without oversight or limitation. Flock Cameras pose a blatant violation of our rights and privacy. Invasive surveillance of our communities must stop now! Contact Flagstaff City Council and demand they remove Flock Cameras from our community.
