The ACLU of Arizona is comprised of two organizations, the American Civil Liberties Union of AZ and the ACLU Foundation of AZ. Contributions to ACLU foundations are tax deductible for charitable purposes, while ACLU membership dues are not. All gifts to the ACLU Foundation of Arizona are shared with the National ACLU Foundation.
