Originally from Peru, Rosario received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Lima and a B.S. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She spent several years as a Junior Economist and Senior Staff Accountant before moving to Phoenix in 2001 and spending 16 years as a Financial Controller for a family-owned commercial real estate conglomerate. Rosario has acted as a community philanthropist in varying capacities with local nonprofits over the years including Trans Queer Pueblo and Puente Ink. She is extremely passionate about social justice and civil liberties and looks forward to translating her finance and real estate skills into fundraising.
